# BenefitJurisdictions

Normalizes the active benefit-jurisdiction lookup codes into enum values that callers can use without carrying raw database strings.

## Purpose
- Provide stable names for benefit-jurisdiction classifications used by adjusted-rate providers and code maps.
- Keep callers from depending directly on single-character database codes.
- Pair with `clsBenefitJurisdictionCodeMap` to convert table rows into typed values.
